Sandra Wolfskill, FHFMA

Sandra Wolfskill is President and founder of Wolfskill and Associates. She has over 20 years of experience in all aspects of healthcare financial management, including patient financial services management, chief financial officer, and director of information services in community hospitals and consulting firms. Sandra is a frequent presenter at local, state and national conferences, including HFMA, NAHAM and AAHAM. She was instrumental in the development of the T-Qual software application used during operational assessments to assess timeliness and quality within the revenue cycle; several clients now use this software to monitor their processes on a regular basis.

Wanda A. Diethelm

Wanda A. Diethelm is a Senior Consultant with Wolfskill and Associates. Ms. Deithelm has worked in the health care industry for over twenty years. Before accepting her current consulting position, in which she is responsible for reengineering project facilitation, interim management, project management, education and other related activites. Ms. Diethelm was also involved with government and priveate-sector programs focused on cost-effective health care administration. Her roles have included program and project manager, trainer and faciliatator, managed care provider contract negotiator and administrator and claims processing administrator. She has also had responsibility for the comprehensive provider receivables functions, including registration, billing and financial counseling. Her focus in recent years has been in operational receivables management involving quality assessment and program improvement implementation within the hospital and managed care industries. Wanda received her undergraduate degree from Northern Arizona University and has completed graduate work at the University of Phoenix. She is an active member of the Health Care Financial Management Association.

Ollivene S. Hickman, CHAM

Ms. Hickman is a senior consultant with Wolfskill & Associates, specializing in all matters related to Patient Access processing. Ollivene brings 35 years of progressive access management experience to assist clients in all aspects of the patient access process. She has completed re-engineering projects, developed and implemented policies and procedures, prepared position descriptions, developed staffing models, and trained staff. Ollivene has also developed pricing models for international patients and implemented contemporary insurance verification and financial counseling processes. A Past President of NAHAM, Ollivene has presented programs on patient access issues at international, national, regional and local conferences.

Rita Tracey

Rita Tracey is a senior consultant with Wolfskill and Associates. Ms. Tracey has worked in the industry for over 30 years, the last nine as a consultant. She has focused on all areas of revenue cycle activities, including scheduling, pre-service and time of service registration, cash processing, patient accounts, collections, outsourcing, RFP’s and vendor selection. Ms. Tracey has provided interim management for all areas of Patient Financial Services, conversion assistance including the development and implementation of testing materials for all registration and patient account areas, facilitation of process redesign, charge audit and analysis and staffing evaluation, analysis and recommendations.

Marilyn Lipka

Marilyn Lipka is a part time senior consultant with Wolfskill and Associates, specializing in claim error analysis and process improvements to eliminate claim errors. Ms. Lipka has years of experience in patient financial services operations and management and currently serves as the Associate Administrator for Patient Access Services at Southwest General Healthcare in Berea, Ohio. Prior to joining Southwest, Marilyn directed revenue cycle process assessments and redesign projects for Wolfskill and Associates on a full time basis.

Liz Tracey

Data & Interactive Consultant

Liz Tracey has 18 years of media and publishing experience, both on and offline. She has consulted with clients such as The New York Times Digital, Scripps Howard, Editor and Publisher, Inside.com, The Economist, Fox Networks, Routledge, Marcel Dekker, Verso, Re/Search Publications and PricewaterhouseCoopers. She built the Strategy practice at methodfive, a web development firm that was sold for $88 million in 2000 to Xceed, where she subsequently led the company's Strategy practice. Currently, Ms. Tracey is the Principal at automathiclabs, an interactive consultancy for small and medium business enterprises. Tracey has also written extensively on politics, online media and technology and is the author of two books.
