Although founded in 1996, associates in the firm average 18 years of experience in healthcare financial and patient financial services management, including over 10 years of specialized consulting experience. As a standing commitment to our clients, all of our associates possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree and 5 years experience in healthcare patient financial services management. Further, all associates are encouraged to pursue professional certification through HFMA, AAHAM and NAHAM, the three leading national associations involved with patient financial services issues. The company's founder, Sandra Wolfskill, has been HFMA certified since 1988; she is currently certified at the FHFMA level.
